All Purpose Seasoning

The object is to lift and elevate a potentially bland and standard taste. To add interest, to add flavour which has no particular region or style to call its own. A pre-prepared blend of once thought of exotic herbs and spices which add a culinary excitement to the mundane. As we experience we begin to tolerate and that in turn becomes the norm. In time it becomes difficult to remember how things were before.
Moving away from the food and spices, we are all use to the extra flavours of life by now. Previously thought of normal behaviours have developed into what is thought to be normal now. Expectations and demands have had to change as well. Again it is difficult to imagine a life before today’s demands, improving with each adaption, with the ability to neutralise the changes. We are use to the annual “once in a lifetime” climatic events, becoming nullified by the repetitive, standard sensationalisms. Extreme weather occurs frequently as the seasons begin to be unnoticed.
